LVT Tribunal (London Only)
It may sometimes be necessary to ask for the help of the leasehold valuation tribunal, and we can handle this for you. The application is straightforward, and there is normally a pre-trial review that will set out the timetable for the submissions that are required.
If Jim Thornton is appointed to do this, then his charges are £105 per hour plus VAT. Some of this work can be handled by our building surveyors but in complex cases we can instruct solicitors or counsel for you.
