Company Secretarial

If you own a share of the freehold of your building, you will very likely own it through a Residents Management Company. If you are part of an established Right to Manage Company we can also offer a Company Secretarial service.

Amongst other things we can maintain your Company’s Register of Directors and Register of Members, prepare Company Accounts and submit them to Companies House, file Annual Returns, act as your registered office and answer official correspondence.

If you are having difficulty with your freeholder or are unhappy with your current Managing Agent and not able to remove them you may want to consider using our Right to Manage service.
