When a lessee wants to sell a flat, there will be enquiries from solicitors that need a response. We can do these, and since our costs are paid by the lessee, there is no charge to the other lessees through the service charge account. For our current rates click here. Normally the lease will require registration of sub-tenancies and mortgages, and we will do this, again at the cost of the lessee.
If alterations within a flat are required, we will also deal with these and if approved we will issue the necessary licences on behalf of the freeholder or licensor.
