Repairs and Maintenance (London Only)
If you are managing the building yourself, and only using our accounts service, then you may well have your own local contractors who work on your building. If not, we can suggest some names of contractors.
Please note that Ashby & Horner Ltd. is an associated company of ours.
We do not take commissions from any contractors, but we may ask them to make a contribution for the listing on this website. If you ask them to do work for you, they may ask us for a works order if they have not worked on your building before. We do not charge for doing this, and if we do not issue a works order then whoever makes the phone call to the contractor may be personally liable for the cost of the work. The best way to deal with this would be to agree what is needed, and then for you to email info@bm-online.co.uk and ask us to send out a works order.
