It is impossible to guess how many insurance claims there will be in a year. Hopefully there will not be any! However, if there are claims, we can handle these for you. If you insure with our block policy, then we deal with insurance claims free of charge, as we receive a commission from the insurer, but you benefit from our buying power.
If it is a small claim and you want us to deal with it, then we normally charge on a percentage basis. However, you may be better off contacting the loss adjuster yourself.
If it is a large claim, you may need the involvement of a building surveyor and we can provide this help. You only pay for the time spent on the work but the surveyor will try and recover his costs as part of the claim.
